Trade-In Program Management

One of the pioneers in online trade-in, handling upwards of 4,000 trade-in units per day across consumer electronics and video game categories. NorAm has managed consumer electronics and video game trade-in programs for some of the top ecommerce brands since 2008. Performing a number of services on behalf of various retailer trade-in programs, NorAm has extensive experience including:

• Receiving and tagging of all inbound product directly from Amazon customers for inventory management purposes (over 100,000 units annually)
• Performing inspections, testing, physical cleaning, and data wiping of all units
• Consolidating, scanning, and shipping accepted units to 3rd party merchant partners on the platform for resale
• Receiving, grading, and shipping trade-in items from offsite processors
• Packaging and shipping rejected units directly back to customers

Authentication

NorAm and its affiliated partners have over 13 years of experience in managing authentication and verification services. From simple visual inspection, to providing more complex grading (requiring category certification and experienced associates based on specific functions), NorAm understands the unique needs of asset control and processes to support authentication.

Through Elovations Services Group (sold to Pitney Bowes in 2018), NorAm Partners inspected and verified over 30,000 international parcels daily for export.

Through Bascom Logistics Corp LLC, NorAm Partners ran the eBay Authentication operation for handbags and sneakers in conjunction with eBay direct employees. That operation has since been sold to eBay.

NorAm has asset tracking tools and advanced SKU data capture to provide extensive unit level photo, video, and data tracking for downstream tracking. NorAm can also work with various 3P training and certification companies to offer extensive grading services on a variable cost basis by trained and qualified associates.

Student Textbook Rental Programs

Since 2012, NorAm has processed over 70,000,000 student rental returns. We've provided grading, authenticity check, and speciality processing services for the nation's top E-Commerce companies.

Seasonally based, NorAm handles upwards of 110,000 inbound/outbound units daily during peak week.

We've provided scalable labor solutions which entailed training and managing up to 400 additional grading and processing associates over just a 4-5 week peak run.

NorAm has also maintained processing SLA KPIs consistently and have never fallen outside of client SLA. We've ensured timely return of inventory back to fulfillment warehouses in time for next semester rentals.

NorAm is currently the top rated (by quality, post grading defects, and customer satisfaction) external third-party grader for the nation's largest e-commerce retailer.
